Emerald or Peridot engagement ring?

Which would make a better engagement ring? An emerald with diamonds or a peridot with diamonds?
I’m very light skinned with red/blond hair and green eyes.

im obsessed with emeralds..sooo emerald! but like it also kinda depends on your skin tone..emerald is better with fair skin and peridot would be better with more olive-y skin tone color. but whatever you decide congrats!
I think it depends on what you have a preference for. Emeralds, as a general rule, are a darker, forest-y green (depending on the quality), where peridot is a softer, more citrus-y green. I prefer peridot, myself, but like I said, it’s a personal preference.
