I have a 13×13 mm round peridot loose gemstone & I want to find a diamond setting for it in order to make it an engagement ring but all the setting I can find only fit smaller stones. Does anyone know of a place that has setting for stones this size that are reasonably priced? I would greatly appreciate your help.

My boyfriend and I have been looking at rings. Ever since I found out the history of diamond engagement rings (stupid ad campaigns) I’ve been wanting something different. His birthstone is a peridot and I think it would be incredibly romantic if that was my engagement ring. He likes the idea as well but we can’t find any ring that we like that has a peridot but still says engagement. Any suggestions on where to look? Or should we scrap the idea and go for a sapphire or diamond?
We also met in August and want to have an August wedding so peridot has a lot of meaning. Thanks for the answers so far, I wasn’t expecting people to be so quick!
